Vigilant accepts returns on standard product within the first 30 days of receipt in original condition and with original packaging. For returns outside of 30 days, you must contact our customer service department at 888.812.4427 x405 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
Vigilant accepts multiple forms of payment for our products and services for your convenience. You can purchase your merchandise with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or wire transfer. If paying by wire transfer, contact us for our account information.
Any product, standard or custom, from Vigilant can be purchased as a gift for another and shipped directly to you or the recipient as you desire. Additionally, a gift certificate can be purchased and given for any value towards any product.

Vigilant works with many partners though out the country to offer repair services on our products. Additionally, you can source your own HVAC technicians for problems outside of the typical systems issues and other cooling problems as needed.
