Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vigilant, your satisfaction with our products is our primary concern. That is why we offer a 100% unconditional 30-day guarantee on all of our standard products. We do not want you to have a Vigilant product you are not proud to own. For our full guarantee and warranty, click here.


Returns

Vigilant accepts returns on standard product within the first 30 days of receipt in original condition and with original packaging. For returns outside of 30 days, you must contact our customer service department at 888.812.4427 x405 or by e-mail at customerservice@vigilantinc.com.



Payment Information

Vigilant accepts multiple forms of payment for our products and services for your convenience. You can purchase your merchandise with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or wire transfer. If paying by wire transfer, contact us for our account information.


Gift Services

Any product, standard or custom, from Vigilant can be purchased as a gift for another and shipped directly to you or the recipient as you desire. Additionally, a gift certificate can be purchased and given for any value towards any product.

Vigilant maintains a strict communications policy with our customers. Once we have established a business relationship with you, you are added to our e-mail distribution lists. Shipping Information

Vigilant takes careful consideration when packaging our product for safe delivery to its final destination. Vigilant, Inc. inspects all packages prior to their departure. Repair Services

Vigilant works with many partners though out the country to offer repair services on our products. Additionally, you can source your own HVAC technicians for problems outside of the typical systems issues and other cooling problems as needed.
