DIY Connection Tips:

Are you having issues accessing our DIY Wine Cellar Designer tool? We're sorry about that. Our current tool uses Adobe Flash technology that is being phased out by 2020 and many technologies are either not supporting applications built with Adobe Flash or forcing users to actively turn the Flash Player in their web browsers when needed.

Don't worry! We are currently developing a new 3D wine cellar planner tool that will be AWESOME and available soon. However until then, here are some tips on how to access this tool...which is still pretty cool and easy to use. AND as always, if you have any questions, please contact us! We'll be happy to help you. (888) 556-2032 | or  email customer service: info@vigilantinc.com

Apple Devices

In 2010 Steve Jobs made a decision that Apple will not support Flash on any of its devices. So unfortunately, if you have an Apple device, you will not be able to use this wine cellar room planner on that device. When you try to acces it, you will see a blank screen. The good news...you can access it on any Windows and Android device.
